Skinny in a Bottle Stall Breakers in Phase 2

It is often frustrating and can sometimes be disappointing when you're on the protocol losing weight at an amazing and consistent pace...then all of a sudden...STALL!  It's not for the faint at heart.  The best thing to do is to keep going and allow your body to catch up with the losses.  However, if you're like me (and most people in general), waiting can be torture. So here are two tried and true, approved stall breakers for Skinny in a Bottle.  Remember, your body is trying to adjust to this quick, massive weight loss.  You'll need to be patient in giving your body time to catch up with this new weight.

CALI KICKER:

  1. 8oz warm water
  2. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  3. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  4. 1/2 Stevia pack (optional)
  5. 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (optional)

The cayenne pepper may play a role in reducing swelling or water retention and can sometimes produce a weight loss of 1-2 pounds the next day.  Continue to take the drops and eat meals as usual.

EGG DAY:

You'll eat 6 eggs that can be separated between breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Prepare however you want to.  If using oils, use coconut oil spray or coconut cooking spray only.  Drink plenty of water (at least 1 liter) and take your drops as usual.
