The 5 Day Apple Diet

I didn’t create this diet, nor have I done it yet. I’m thinking about starting next week.  Please see the link for full instructions here: DAY 1 Breakfast 2 apples Lunch 1 apple Dinner 3 apples   DAY 2 Breakfast 1 apple and a glass of skim milk or soy milk (if gluten sensitive) Lunch An apple and greens salad with two carrots and half a beetroot is ideal.
