Power Packed Low Carb Protein Waffle Sticks

While searching Pinterest for recipes as I usually do, I ran across this beautifully constructed, yet simple recipe for power packed low carb protein waffle sticks.

1 Scoop of your favorite protein (I use Quest protein in Salted Caramel flavor. It tastes amazing. Any flavor would do though)

1 Large Egg

1 Large Egg white

1 tsp baking powder

2 Tbsp water

Dash cinnamon (optional)

Stevia or Truvia to taste

Dash of vanilla (optional)

Waffle maker

Waffle maker

Mix all ingredients. Add to waffle iron that has been coated with coconut oil. Cook 2-3 minutes or until desired color. Serve your power packed low carb protein  waffle sticks warm with either Walden Farms Zero Calorie Syrupor Smuckers Sugar Free Syrup. Delicious!!
