WANT CHIPS?
Look at how thinly sliced these are. That makes all the difference. Use a mandolin if you have one. Toss them in a bit of coconut oil with mct (very light). Line the zucchini on parchment or wax paper and sprinkle with seasonings of your choice. Cook at 225 for an hour. Boy these are the best ever!!! So crunchy and delicious!!
