7 Day Salad Challenge

The 7 Day Salad Challenge can give your body the clean eating jump start needed to not only lose weight, but to also develop habits that can highly benefit the body and discourage unclean foods.
 The goal is to eat at least 1 well-balanced salad for a meal once a day for 7 days.  Feel free to eat more than one salad, but try to eat at least one.  Make your salads colorful, and fun.  Add a variety of food to balance out your protein, veggies and fruit (if wanted.)  In addition, it is a good idea to drink a cup of detox tea.  We have some here on our website.  It's called Success Detox Slimming Tea.  In addition, we introduce our Colon Cleanser called Success Detox Max.  This is the safest, strongest maximum detox formula we have.
