Quest Protein , Paleo Protein Powder , Raw Organic Protein  or any other brand of your choice.  Watch the hidden sugars and carbs.

  • You can use and cook with MCT Oil. The calories from the MCT oil has been eliminated from the calorie equation because of it’s fat burning properties.  You may use MCT oil to make your own salad dressing, but try to use zero calorie/carb alternatives as much as you can.
