Maleika here. Just wanted to reach out to you and see how you were treating yourself. There are so many things that pull us away from ourselves on a daily basis, not to mention the turmoil that our country is in. However, it is super important that you take care of YOU first!
What are some of the things you do to take care of yourself? Is it relaxing with a good book and cup of tea? Maybe taking a walk around the neighborhood with your family member, friend or pet? I love catching up on old episodes of Judge Faith. I'm addicted! LOL. Now I do also get out and walk around my neighborhood from time to time as well. No couch potatoes here!
As we near the end of the month of February, I want to challenge you to take at least 30 minutes out of every day to focus on yourself. Some people try meditation, others try reading a book.
