1.  Buffalo wings has to be...hands down, my most favorite snack food.  While on the keto program, it is vital to not only get in your fats, but to get in your moderate proteins as well.
Today I did a twist on my buffalo wings.  I baked a few pieces of bacon earlier in the day and decided to use the bacon fat from the bacon for the chicken wings.  Normally I would coat them in olive or MCT oil, but why not use bacon fat.  YUMMY!
2.  I lined a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  I rubbed yellow mustard all over the cleaned and dried meat, then I rubbed the cleaned chicken wings and drumsticks with the fat until thoroughly coated. Then season the chicken thoroughly with season salt, pepper and garlic.  Bake in the oven at 350 degrees until done.  I broiled it for a minute to get it crispy.  
3.  Meanwhile, I melted 3TBS of butter in 1/2c Frank's Buffalo Wing sauce and tossed the wings in them.  Lastly, bake for another 5 minutes and enjoy.  Good grief these were AMAZING!!
